Heavyweight T400 Twill Fabric – CC-2571

Heavyweight T400 twill CC-2571 is a substantial 100% polyester woven fabric developed for structured trousers, utility jackets and work-inspired outerwear. Its 273 GSM weight gives garment panels a controlled shape, while the twill construction adds visible depth to solid colours.

Compact Surface and Structured Folds

The photographed sample shows a compact, low-sheen surface with fine diagonal lines. Broad, rounded folds give the fabric a composed appearance instead of allowing it to collapse completely flat.

This visual character works particularly well for:

The 120D × 75D+75D/2+75D/2 yarn specification creates a more complex construction than a conventional single-denier polyester twill.

T400 Movement Without Declared Spandex

CC-2571 is specified as 100% polyester. Its T400 construction may provide mechanical stretch or recovery without conventional spandex, but the actual extension and recovery must be confirmed through testing.

The W/R finish helps brief rain and splashes bead on the surface. It does not make the fabric waterproof.

Before approving heavyweight T400 twill, buyers should evaluate drape, recovery, abrasion requirements, seam appearance and water-repellent durability.
