CC-0005 is a 318 GSM heavyweight nylon rayon stretch fabric for workwear trousers, professional work pants, jackets and uniform outerwear. It combines 40% nylon, 50% rayon and 10% spandex in a substantial twill construction. The finished width is 146 cm, with a yarn specification of 70D/40D × 32S/40D.

The high rayon content contributes a softer touch and drape, while nylon supports the structure required for regular garment use. Spandex adds flexibility for trousers and jackets that need comfortable movement. It can also be evaluated as a soft hand nylon viscose stretch fabric for uniforms that require comfort, structure and a professional appearance. The twill weave creates a clear diagonal texture suitable for functional and structured garments.
