Nylon Cotton Stretch Fabric with DWR Finish – CC-0001

CC-0001 is a 230 GSM nylon cotton stretch fabric designed for workwear, utility trousers, uniforms and outdoor casual apparel. It combines 58% cotton, 32% nylon and 10% spandex in a plain-weave construction. Cotton provides a comfortable, natural touch, nylon supports durability, and spandex adds flexibility and recovery for garments that require freedom of movement.

The 230 GSM weight gives the fabric a balanced structure suitable for trousers, light jackets, overshirts and uniforms. Its 70D/40D × 32S/70D yarn specification and plain weave create a clean, practical surface. The DWR finish helps light rain and surface moisture bead and roll away, but it should not be described as fully waterproof. If higher waterproof performance is required, coating or TPU lamination can be developed separately according to the buyer’s target.

This nylon cotton stretch fabric is suitable for apparel that needs comfort, mobility and a more natural appearance than fully synthetic stretch fabrics. Final performance should be confirmed according to the garment construction, washing requirements and requested test method.

Applications and Custom Development

CC-0001 can be considered for work trousers, cargo pants, field uniforms, hiking pants, utility jackets and structured casualwear. Custom colors, lab dips, hand-feel adjustments and project-specific finishing can be discussed before sampling. The typical MOQ is 1,000 meters per color, subject to the selected color and finishing route.

Buyers can send a Pantone reference, physical sample, specification sheet or target garment information for evaluation. Third-party testing can be arranged when the required standard and test method are confirmed in advance.
