CC-0004 is a 227 GSM polyester rayon stretch twill fabric for workwear trousers, uniforms, utility garments and structured casual apparel. It combines 78% polyester, 17% rayon and 5% spandex in a twill construction. The finished width is 146 cm, with a yarn specification of 32S/40D × 200D/40D.

Polyester provides the main structure and supports regular garment use, while rayon contributes a softer touch and improved drape. Spandex adds flexibility for garments that require comfortable movement. It can also be considered as a medium weight polyester viscose stretch fabric for uniforms that need structure, comfort and practical wearability. The twill weave produces a subtle diagonal surface suitable for both functional and casual garment development.

The DWR finish helps light rain and surface moisture bead on the fabric, but it should not be described as complete waterproof protection. Coating or TPU lamination can be developed separately when higher waterproof performance is required.
