Nylon four-way stretch fabric CC-2480 is a lightweight woven material developed for active, travel and outdoor garments. Its 87% nylon and 13% spandex composition supports movement in both directions, while the 107 GSM weight helps keep finished garments light.

Lightweight Surface with Natural Texture

The photographed pale sample forms loose, easy folds with a subtle surface texture. This prevents the material from appearing overly flat and gives lightweight garments a clean, modern character.

The 40D+20D × 40D+20D construction provides a fine woven foundation. Actual stretch percentage and recovery should still be tested according to the buyer’s required method.

The 13% spandex content supports four-way movement, but garment fit, seam construction and pattern design will also influence comfort and recovery.

The W/R finish helps brief rain and splashes bead on the fabric. It does not provide a waterproof rating.

Before approving nylon four-way stretch, buyers should confirm recovery, opacity, abrasion resistance, seam strength, dimensional stability and W/R durability.
