Polyester nylon cotton fabric CC-PC-101 is a lightweight three-fibre woven developed for uniforms, overshirts and warm-weather utility garments. Its composition combines 49% polyester, 9% nylon and 42% cotton in a clean 120 GSM plain weave. The construction uses a 90D filament yarn direction with a 40s spun-yarn direction. It brings synthetic filament structure and cotton content together without the visible diagonal line of a twill weave. For sourcing teams evaluating polyester nylon cotton fabrics, CC-PC-101 provides a lighter alternative to traditional trouser-weight workwear materials. Potential applications include: At 120 GSM, opacity and seam performance should be checked when the material is considered for trousers or unlined garments, particularly in light colours. The supplied specification includes a Grade 4 water-repellent finish for resistance to brief surface moisture. This rating does not indicate that the fabric is waterproof. The applicable spray-test method, initial rating and required durability after washing should be agreed before bulk production. Before approving polyester nylon cotton, buyers should evaluate tear strength, seam slippage, shrinkage, colour fastness, opacity and dimensional stability.
