Product Description

C0 blended workwear fabric CC-PC-102 is a lightweight plain weave combining 77% polyester, 9% nylon and 14% cotton. Its 90D × 40 T/C yarn specification produces a finished weight of 128 GSM.

The fabric is designed for lighter uniforms, overshirts and utility garments requiring surface water repellency without the weight of traditional industrial workwear.

C0 Blended Workwear Fabric for Lightweight Apparel

For workwear programmes that specify non-fluorinated water-repellent chemistry, C0 blended workwear fabric CC-PC-102 provides a practical starting construction.

Suggested applications include:

  • Lightweight uniform jackets
  • Workwear overshirts
  • Travel and commuting clothing
  • Warm-weather utility garments
  • Lightweight chore jackets
  • Combination panels

The high polyester content supports a synthetic-dominant construction, while its cotton component comes from the T/C yarn direction.

C0 Grade 4 Water Repellency

CC-PC-102 is specified with a C0 water-repellent finish and a Grade 4 target. C0 identifies the water-repellent chemistry direction but should not replace laboratory verification.

The applicable spray-test standard, Grade 4 acceptance criteria and required durability after laundering should be stated in the production specification. If the buyer has a PFAS limit, that limit and laboratory test method must also be confirmed.

The fabric should not be described as waterproof because no membrane, coating or hydrostatic-head result is included.

Before approving C0 blended workwear fabric, buyers should test water repellency, dimensional stability, colour fastness, seam performance and the applicable chemical-compliance requirements.

Better Cotton Option

A Better Cotton (BCI) option is available for the cotton component, with relevant documentation provided according to order requirements.
