Cotton-rich C0 twill CC-PC-109 combines 65% cotton, 29% polyester and 6% nylon in a 163 GSM woven construction. Its 90D filament warp and 21s spun-yarn weft are arranged in a balanced 2/2 twill weave. The 65% cotton content gives this product a more cotton-dominant composition than the preceding fabrics in the CC-PC range, while the polyester and nylon components remain part of the confirmed fibre content. For sourcing teams requiring cotton-rich C0 twill, CC-PC-109 may be considered for: At 163 GSM, it is positioned for lighter uniforms and utility garments rather than heavy industrial workwear. The supplied specification includes a C0 water-repellent finish with a Grade 4 target. It is designed to resist brief surface moisture but does not create a waterproof barrier. The order specification should define the spray-test method, initial rating, wash durability and any applicable PFAS limit. The cotton-rich composition may influence shrinkage and finishing response, making dimensional-stability control especially important. Before approving cotton-rich C0 twill, buyers should confirm shrinkage, colour fastness, seam slippage, tear strength and water-repellent durability. The cotton component can be supplied through a Better Cotton (BCI) sourcing option, with supporting documentation available according to order requirements. Is CC-PC-109 cotton dominant?
