Downproof ripstop pongee fabric CC-0013 is built around a simple objective: support lightweight insulated products without adding unnecessary bulk. W/R means water-repellent, not waterproof. CC-0013 does not automatically provide a confirmed hydrostatic-pressure rating. If a project requires waterproof performance, an appropriate coating or lamination must be developed and tested separately.
