Midweight C0 twill fabric CC-PC-108 is a cotton-rich three-fibre woven developed for workwear trousers, overshirts and uniform garments. Its composition contains 55% cotton, 38% polyester and 7% nylon. The fabric uses a 90D filament warp with a 21s spun-yarn weft. At 186 GSM, it provides more garment body than CC-PC-106 and CC-PC-107 while retaining the balanced diagonal structure of a 2/2 twill. For brands requiring more structure without moving into heavyweight industrial fabric, midweight C0 twill fabric CC-PC-108 may be evaluated for: The higher finished weight can better support pockets and panelled garment designs, although final performance must still be verified through testing. CC-PC-108 is specified with C0 water-repellent chemistry and a Grade 4 target. The applicable spray-test method and required wash durability should be confirmed before production. If the buyer has a PFAS restriction, the agreed threshold and laboratory method should be stated in the order specification. A C0 description alone is not a substitute for a chemical test report. The finish provides surface water repellency rather than complete waterproofing. Before approving midweight C0 twill fabric, sourcing teams should test tensile strength, tear strength, abrasion resistance, seam slippage, shrinkage and colour fastness. The cotton component can be sourced through a Better Cotton (BCI) option. Relevant supporting documentation can be provided upon request. Is CC-PC-108 heavier than CC-PC-106 and CC-PC-107?
