Product Description

Structured cotton-rich twill CC-PC-110 is a 192 GSM woven material combining 63% cotton, 31% polyester and 6% nylon. Its construction uses a 90D filament warp with a coarser 16s spun-yarn weft.

The 2/1 twill weave creates a defined diagonal structure, while the 16s weft and higher finished weight give the material more body than lighter 21s constructions in this collection.

Structured Cotton-Rich Twill for Utility Garments

For buyers sourcing structured cotton-rich twill, CC-PC-110 may be evaluated for:

  • Workwear and uniform trousers
  • Cargo and utility pants
  • Structured overshirts
  • Chore jackets
  • Travel clothing
  • Workwear-inspired casual garments

Its 192 GSM weight provides a useful middle ground between lightweight uniform fabrics and heavy industrial workwear.

Yarn Structure and Water Repellency

The coarser 16s spun-yarn direction contributes to the fabric’s substantial construction. Final hand feel, surface character and drape should be approved using a physical sample.

The supplied specification includes Grade 4 water repellency. This rating refers to resistance to surface wetting under an agreed test method and does not establish waterproof performance.

Before production, the buyer should confirm the spray-test standard and required durability after laundering.

Before approving structured cotton-rich twill, sourcing teams should test tensile strength, tear strength, abrasion resistance, seam slippage, shrinkage and colour fastness.
