Three-fibre horizontal rib fabric CC-PC-111 combines 63% polyester, 14% nylon and 23% cotton in a lightweight 123 GSM construction. Its Unlike a conventional plain weave, the horizontal-rib construction adds visible surface character to solid colours without relying on printing or embossing. For brands seeking three-fibre horizontal rib fabric, CC-PC-111 may be considered for: The rib direction should remain consistent during marker planning and cutting. Panels rotated in different directions may create noticeable differences in texture alignment and light reflection. The supplied specification includes a C0 water-repellent finish with a Grade 4 target. This finish is intended to resist brief surface moisture but does not make the fabric waterproof. C0 identifies the finishing-chemistry direction. The approved production specification should still define the applicable spray-test method, Grade 4 acceptance criteria, wash durability and any required PFAS limit. Before approving three-fibre horizontal rib, buyers should evaluate rib consistency, tear strength, seam slippage, dimensional stability, colour fastness and water-repellent durability. The 23% cotton component can be sourced through a Better Cotton (BCI) option. Relevant supporting documentation can be provided according to the confirmed order route. Does CC-PC-111 contain cotton?
