Cotton-rich horizontal rib fabric CC-PC-114 combines 54% cotton, 39% polyester and 7% nylon in a 142 GSM woven construction. Its 90D filament yarn direction is paired with a 32s spun-yarn direction to create a lightweight ribbed surface. The horizontal-rib structure adds visual texture to solid colours while maintaining a lighter garment weight than substantial trouser or jacket fabrics. For sourcing teams looking for cotton-rich horizontal rib fabric, CC-PC-114 may be considered for: The rib direction should remain consistent across corresponding garment panels. Reversing or rotating panels may produce visible differences in pattern direction and light reflection. The supplied finish has a Grade 4 water-repellency target. It is designed to resist brief surface moisture but does not provide waterproof performance. The buyer should confirm the spray-test method, finishing chemistry, initial rating and required wash durability. Before approving cotton-rich horizontal rib, sourcing teams should evaluate rib consistency, shrinkage, seam slippage, tear strength, dimensional stability and colour fastness.
