Nylon cotton herringbone CC-NC014 is a 150 GSM woven fabric combining a 70D nylon filament warp with a 21s cotton weft. Its 35% nylon and 65% cotton composition provides a cotton-rich base for uniforms, overshirts and utility-inspired clothing. The herringbone weave creates a repeating V-shaped direction rather than a continuous diagonal twill line. This adds visual depth to solid colours without requiring printing or surface embossing. For brands seeking nylon cotton herringbone with a relatively light finished weight, CC-NC014 may be evaluated for: The direction of the herringbone should be controlled during marker planning and cutting. Reversed panels may create visible differences in pattern direction or light reflection. The supplied specification includes a Grade 4 water-repellent finish intended for resistance to brief surface moisture. This rating should not be confused with waterproof performance. The applicable spray-test standard, initial rating and durability after laundering should be agreed before production. Before approving nylon cotton herringbone, sourcing teams should confirm pattern scale, weave direction, tear strength, seam slippage, dimensional stability and colour fastness.
