Cotton-rich nylon fabric CC-NC013 is a 135 GSM plain weave combining a 70D nylon filament warp with a 16s cotton weft. Its composition of 30% nylon and 70% cotton gives it a distinctly cotton-dominant specification. Compared with CC-NC012, the coarser 16s cotton weft increases the finished weight and gives the construction more body while retaining a relatively lightweight apparel direction. For buyers who want more structure than a 115 GSM fabric without moving into heavy workwear, cotton-rich nylon fabric CC-NC013 provides a practical intermediate option. Potential applications include: The plain weave offers a clean foundation for solid colours, garment washing and functional pocket designs. Any garment-wash process should be tested for dimensional change, shade variation and surface appearance. CC-NC013 includes a Grade 4 water-repellent finish. This finish helps resist brief surface wetting but does not provide a waterproof membrane or confirmed hydrostatic-head rating. Before production, the buyer should specify the water-repellency test method and required durability after laundering. Before approving cotton-rich nylon fabric, buyers should also check tear strength, seam slippage, shrinkage, opacity and colour fastness in the selected production shade. The cotton component can be sourced through a Better Cotton (BCI) option, with supporting documentation provided according to order requirements. How does CC-NC013 differ from CC-NC012?
